Great books with religious themes. Fiction/non-fiction
Pope Joan - A story of a woman of incredible faith and dedication who rises to the Papacy.  A GREAT READ

The Lamb (The Gospel According to Christ's childhood pal)
by Christopher Moore.  This is the funniest book I have ever read.  It hypothesizes about Christ's childhood and travels to visit the 3 wise men who came to his birth.  It is told from the perspective of "Biff" Christ's best friend.  A MUST READ!!!!

If you know any others, please add it to the list.
It is time to re-read The Lamb! In the mean time, as I prepare for the imminent arrival of my puppy, Tryphosa, I am reading like crazy! (I may not have the time or space to read as much with a new baby doggy... ) I finished three books this week: the one with religious themes was Dan Brown's 'The Lost Symbol' I really enjoyed it... faith and science... interesting... and a pretty good mystery!
